Vendor Information

Hamilton’s Food & Drink Festival features over 90 beer, wineries, distilleries and many other exhibitors. If you are interested in becoming a vendor please complete the corresponding form below. The Vendor Partner Requirement form is required three weeks prior to the festival. Please read over the Terms & Conditions prior to completing the application form.

Insurance is needed for all vendor partners to participate in the festival. You can submit your insurance three weeks prior to the festival. Please review the supporting document section.

Food Vendor Partner Application
All Food Vendor Partners must submit a certificate of insurance, a City of Hamilton Health Form, in addition to reviewing the Requirements for Food Vendors at Special Events. Please review the supporting document section below.

Supporting Documents
All Vendor Partners must submit a certificate of insurance, high res logo and picture of past vendor set up.
Food Vendors must complete and submit the City of Hamilton's Food Vendor Form in addition to reviewing the Requirements for Food Vendors at Special Events. ALL Vendor Partners are required to submit all documents according to their vendor type and submit a completed application form three weeks prior to the festival.

Logo and booth layout submission: Email high res files to cristina@oakportmedia.com with the subject line - FDF Vendor Logo. Please provide the full name of the business in the message.
